I'm trying the openid thing but it's confusing me since I'm in a rush, apparently cows need to be feed, whatever! Gosh I can't wait for summer LOL

OpenID is really not that complicated. Looks uber-complicated but it's not really.

You just do Log in with OpenID, take this bit: country-bee.livejournal.com and put it into the log in box, then it takes you to lj and it asks if you want dreamwidth to use your lj for this and you say yes.

Then it asks you to confirm your e-mail, you say okay or whatever and you should get this e-mail saying to click it and once you click that it's validated and your all set! :D

Thanks!! It did sound complicated, I was all, but I don't have a web site! but I followed what you said and it was super easy. :D ...now all I have left to do is snoop around ;D

About OpenID. Just make sure you're logged into LJ, go here (http://www.dreamwidth.org/openid/) and past the url for your LJ in the box. So mine would be -> http://chase-acow.livejournal.com. That take you back to LJ, just click the box that says to give DW access and you're set. You can upload icons and subscribe to users and communities. : )

The last couple of weeks, they've sent out invites early in the week, so I don't know how many are floating around now. I'll send you one if they drop anymore in my lap.

OOh thanks for the info!! I went and tried it and it worked perfectly!! I was worried about the whole website thing, I had no idea you just stick in your LJ url. \0/
