First...why do I not have an icon of Jensen with his camera?

Thirdly and the main reason I'm posting....

I know NOTHING about cameras...so those of you who are camera smart...can you take a look at THIS page and point me to the best camera for the best price, etc. Or at least a list of like the top 3 cameras. I'd kill for a camera that when you snap a picture it takes the picture and doesn't wait 20 seconds so that your kodak perfect moment is long gone and instead you have a blury pic of somebody who looks like they just ate something sour.

I would get the Pentax K-X, just because it probably the best one there. But since it's so expensive, I dunno.

Unless you can't for price reasons, I'd go with the Pentax K-X one too. I had a look around for examples, but I couldn't see anything that would take decent (and I'm just assuming this would be the reason you'd want a new camera) convention photographs. So I had a look on Flickr, and sure enough this delightfully sexy photograph (http://www.flickr.com/photos/deense/4410850304/sizes/l/in/set-72157623564487568/) was taken with a Pentax K-X! So yeah, I say go, run, get that one!! LOL

i am not sure if there is a specific reason you had only these cameras here but i guess from the list i'd choose the pentax k-x or olympus e620 but that is alot of money for a camera and i know of other brands that i think are better and cheaper. this one is also great and only a tiny step down from the the other but i hightly doubt you'd notice the difference and save 300 dollars

if you dont think you want to spend that much money but are looking for a good camera with a high zoom and takes good pics in low lighting (which can be a big problem at cons) Panasonic is the brand I'd go with.
I've seen the pics this camera takes and was recommended to me by Ritz.

At the time I went with my dslr the nikon d90 instead which I love but the nikon d5000 and d3000 hadn't come out yet and they are about 1,000 dollars cheaper than the one I own and have the same bells and whistles and some extras as well.

From your page you listed i'd go with anything with a high optical zoom and the low light settings. I'm really not that familiar with casio or olympus but i do know that canon has great DSLR cameras but as far as point and shoot goes for low light they however are not that good and neither is canon. I don't know if this helps at all. Hopefully I can talk to you about it online sometime and maybe I can explain more it in detail.

I have a canon ixus and it's the best camera I've ever had. So easy to use, just point and shoot and you get a fantastic picture every time! Even in manual it's so simple to use. You can't go wrong with a canon camera.
